*Finally, we taste the infamous pumpkin chili from Cristin & Shappy! It was a delicious and hearty mix of kidney beans, mushrooms, onions, tofu and much more, held together with pumpkin! Since it's a savory dish topped with scallions, cilantro and shredded cheese, the pumpkin's taste blends in nicely - i've only had pumpkin served sweet with cinnamon, so this was a surprising and good change. It was extra yummy, too, because it was spicy hot!
**I especially liked the picture of squirting ketchup as weapon!
